不同硬度对电接触材料电性能影响的研究

摘  要:制备了不同硬度的AgSnO_(2)In_(2)O_(3)材料及铆钉,在DC 14 V、20 A、感性负载条件下进行模拟电性能试验。比较了三种不同硬度丝材的力学性能与显微组织,研究了不同硬度对AgSnO_(2)In_(2)O_(3)材料的电性能影响作用机理,结果表明:随着触点材料硬度的增加,燃弧能量、燃弧时间、熔焊力等均呈现出逐渐增加的趋势,材料转移现象呈现出逐渐明显的趋势;不同硬度触点材料均以烧损静点为主;低硬度触点是未来电接触材料开发的重要方向。AgSnO_(2)In_(2)O_(3) materials and rivets with different hardness were prepared and the simulation of electrical properties were carried out under the conditions of 14 VDC,25 A and resistive load.The mechanical properties and microstructures of three kinds of wire materials with different hardness were compared,and the influence mechanism of the electrical properties of AgSnO_(2)In_(2)O_(3) materials with different hardness was studied as well.The results showed that as the increase of the hardness of the contact materials,the arc energy,arc time and welding force all showed a trend of gradual increasing,and the material transfer phenomenon showed a gradual trend obviously.The contact materials with different hardness were burnt out static point mainly.Low hardness contact is an important direction in the development of electrical contact materials in the future.
