摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备了AgSnO_(2)复合材料,系统研究了金属Ni和NiO添加剂对材料物理性能和电接触性能的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对开断5000次后的电极表面进行表征。结果表明:添加0.5%的NiO使Ag/SnO_(2)复合材料的导电率从52.56%IACS增加到57.30%IACS,而添加相同质量分数的金属Ni则造成导电率下降。NiO较Ni添加剂更有利于改善AgSnO_(2)材料的电接触性能,在一定程度上能降低燃弧能量和接触电阻,质量损失也明显减少。本实验条件下制备的AgSnO_(2)复合材料,添加0.5%的金属Ni尽管能显著降低材料的质量损失,但会引起燃弧能量和接触电阻明显增加。与金属Ni相比,NiO添加剂能抑制AgSnO_(2)电极表面气孔和裂纹的萌生与扩展。AgSnO_(2) composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method,and the effects of metal Ni and NiO additives on the physical and electrical contact properties were systematically studied.The surface of the electrode after 5000 breaks was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that electrical conductivity of AgSnO_(2) composite increased from 52.56%IACS to 57.30%IACS with the addition of 0.5%NiO,while the electrical conductivity decreased with the same weight of Ni additive.Compared with metal Ni additive,NiO is more beneficial to improve the electrical contact performance of AgSnO_(2) material,and it can reduce the arc burning energy and contact resistance to a certain extent.The mass loss was also significantly reduced.Although the mass loss of the AgSnO_(2) composite was significantly reduced by adding 0.5%Ni,the arc burning energy and contact resistance were significantly increased.Compared with metal Ni,NiO can inhibit the initiation and propagation of pores and cracks on the surface of AgSnO_(2) electrode.
