摘  要:应用相控阵超声技术对汽轮机的螺栓孔进行检测,对比各检测方式对螺栓孔的检测效果,认为相控阵超声适合螺栓孔的无损检测。根据螺栓孔的结构确定了扫查工艺,使用模拟软件进行验证,对螺栓孔进行了相控阵超声检测,结果表明,相控阵检测能够清晰显示每一个螺纹的回波,能够显示螺栓孔的内部情况,是理想的无损检测方式。The phased array ultrasonic technology was applied to detect the bolt holes of the steam turbine,and the detection effects of different detection methods on the bolt holes were compared.The phased array ultrasonic was suitable for the non-destructive detection of the bolt holes.The scanning process was determined according to the structure of the bolt holes,and the bolt holes was tested by phased array ultrasonic in simulation software to verify the effectiveness.The results show that the phased array test can clearly display the echo of each thread,display the internal condition of the bolt hole and thus is an ideal nondestructive testing method.
