摘 要:长期运行在恶劣环境下的耐张线夹铝线压接管,内部容易产生进水现象。基于超声波的传播特性,研究耐张线夹内部是否发生进水。结果表明:根据超声波在不同物质界面处透射率不同的原理,同种频率的超声波在分别对耐张线夹进水、无进水情况进行检测的时候,在缺陷位置的超声回波幅值会不同,通过分析超声回波幅值的变化情况可以判断线夹内部是否进水。该现象为检测耐张线夹内部进水提供了一种新思路。The tension clamp aluminum wire crimping tube that operates in harsh environments for a long time is prone to get water inlet.Based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves,whether water inlet occurs inside the tension-resistant wire clip was studied.The results show that according to the principle that the ultrasonic transmission rate is different at the interface of different substances,when ultrasonic waves of the same frequency are used to detect whether water inlet occurs,the amplitude of ultrasonic echoes at the defect location will be different,thus the occurrence of water inlet can be judged by analyzing the change of the ultrasonic echo amplitude.This phenomenon provides a new idea for detecting water inlet inside the tnsile resistant wire clip.
