摘 要:辐射发射是电磁兼容测试项目中最易出现问题的项目,也是最难攻克的项目。通过继保产品的辐射超标整改案例,详细说明辐射发射超标的一般整改思路和整改方法,分别用差模干扰和共模干扰阐述减少辐射的方法。从干扰源、传播路径和潜在的发射天线这三个方面分析整改过程,通过使用近场扫描方法初步定位干扰源,通过关断可能会引起辐射发射超标电路精准定位干扰源。最后通过把背板改成4层板以及在背板与屏驱板之间增加金属弹片,减小工作信号差模环路面积和共模干扰驱动电压后,顺利通过辐射发射测试,验证了整改思路和方法的有效性。Radiation emission is the most problematic and challenging project in electromagnetic compatibility testing.A detailed explanation of the general rectification ideas and methods for radiation excessive radiation emissions was demonstrated through a rectification case of a relay protection product and methods for reducing radiation were respectively elaborated from the perspectives of differential mode interference and common mode interference.The rectification process was analyzed from three aspects:interference sources,propagation paths,and potential transmitting antennas.Use near-field scanning to preliminarily locate the interference source,then turn off the circuit that may cause radiation emission exceeding the standard to accurately locate the interference source.Finally,by changing the backplane to a 4-layer board and adding metal spring plates between the backplane and the screen drive board,the differential mode loop area and common mode interference driving voltage of the working signal were reduced and the equipment successfully passed the radiation emission test,verfying the effectiveness of the rectification ideas and methods.
