聚丙烯酸基复合网络导电水凝胶柔性传感器的制备及应用

摘  要:基于柔性水凝胶的传感器因其制作简单、精度高、响应快、高柔韧性、可穿戴性好等优点被认为是柔性可穿戴设备的理想材料。将聚盐酸多巴胺改性碳纳米管(PDA@CNT)加入丙烯酸(AA)、壳聚糖(CS)、明胶(Gel)复合网络水凝胶中制备了PDA@CNT/ACG复合水凝胶,并对PDA@CNT/ACG复合水凝胶进行了力学性能测试,之后将其制备成柔性传感器测试其传感系数和人体运动中的信号变化。结果表明:加入PDA@CNT后,PDA@CNT/ACG复合水凝胶体系内形成大量的氢键和π-π堆积,使其力学性能大幅度提升,拉伸强度由0.12 MPa提升至0.15 MPa,断裂伸长率由480%提升至1010%;其传感系数高达2.446,在人体各个部位的活动变化中电阻变化信号可被迅速、稳定地捕捉,在柔性传感设备领域有着巨大应用潜力。The utilization of flexible hydrogels as sensors is highly regarded in the field of flexible wearable devices due to their inherent advantages,including facile fabrication,exceptional precision,rapid response time,remarkable flexibility,and excellent wearability.In this work,PDA@CNT/ACG composite hydrogel was prepared by adding polydopamine hydrochloride modified carbon nanotubes(PDA@CNT)into acrylic acid(AA),chitosan(CS)and gelatin(Gel)composite network hydrogel.Mechanical properties of PDA@CNT/ACG composite hydrogel were tested.Then it is prepared as a flexible sensor to test its sensing coefficient and signal changes in human movement.The results show that after the addition of PDA@CNT,the PDA@CNT/ACG composite hydrogel system produces a lot of hydrogen bonding and r-TT accumulation,which greatly improves the mechanical properties,the tensile strength increases from 0.12 MPa to 0.15 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 480%to 1010%.Its gauge factor(GF)can reach up to 2.446,and the resistance change signal can also be rapidly and stably captured in the activity changes of various parts of the human body,which has great potential in the application field of flexible sensing equipment.
