摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺一站式弛豫定量磁共振成像技术(MAGiC)扫描的纵向弛豫时间T1、横向驰豫时间T2及质子密度(PD)定量成像的可重复性。方法选择14例健康志愿者,年龄27~66岁,平均年龄50.7岁(标准差3.0岁)。在GE 3.0 T MRI扫描仪上进行MAGiC扫描,生成前列腺组织的T1值、T2值及PD弛豫定量图谱。采用组内相关系数(ICC)来评估同一观察者前后(组内)和不同观察者之间(组间)测量结果的可重复性,测量结果的一致性应用Bland-Altman散点图来进行评估。使用配对样本t检验分析前列腺不同区域组内及组间T1值、T2值及PD值的差异。结果在健康志愿者中,前列腺组织的定量参数(T1值、T2值及PD值)不同观察者间、同一观察者前后测量数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T1值、T2值及PD值在组内和组间的ICC≥0.907,表现为很好的稳定性及可重复性。Bland-Altman散点图显示前列腺不同区域的测量结果基本均在95%可信区间内,表明组间及组内测量结果具有很好的一致性,组间及组内测量值的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MAGiC定量图谱生成的前列腺的T1值、T2值及PD值比较稳定,可重复性好,能够作为前列腺相关疾病的研究及治疗后的长期随访的一个有效指标。Objective To investigate the repeatability of longitudinal relaxation time T1,transverse relaxation time T2 and proton density(PD)quantitative imaging of magnetic resonance image compilation(MAGiC)in prostate.Methods A total of 14 healthy volunteers were enrolled,which aged 27-66 years old with mean age of 50.7 years old(standard deviation 3.0 years old).The MAGiC scan was performed on GE 3.0 T MRI scanner to generate T1,T2 and PD relaxation quantitative images of prostate tissue.Intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)was used to evaluate the repeatability of measurement results before and after the same observer(intra-group)and between different observers(inter-groups).The consistency of measurement results was evaluated by Bland-Altman scatter plot,the intra-group and inter-group differences in T1 value,T2 value and PD value at different prostate regions were analyzed using paired sample t test.Results There was no significant difference in quantitative parameters(T1 value,T2 value and PD value)between inter-group and intra-group before and after measurement of prostate tissue in healthy volunteers(P>0.05).ICC of T1 value,T2 value and PD value in inter-group and intra-group was≥0.907,which showed good stability and repeatability.The Bland-Altman scatter plot showed that the measurement results of prostate at different regions were within 95%confidence interval,indicating that the measurement results in inter-group and intra-group had good consistency,and there was no significant difference in inter-group and intra-group(P>0.05).Conclusion It is demonstrated that T1 value,T2 value and PD value of prostate generated by MAGiC quantitative Atlas are stable and reproducible,which could be used as an effective indicator for the study of prostate-related diseases and long-term follow-up after treatment.
