简版用户体验问卷应用于智能情感交互辅具的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的检验简版用户体验问卷(UEQ-S)中文版应用于智能情感交互辅具评价的信度与效度,探索以UEQ-S中文版代替UEQ用于智能情感交互辅具用户评价以简化评价过程的可行性。方法选择认知功能正常且符合选择标准的成年人59例,其中男性38例,女性21例;年龄20~96岁,其中20~29岁43例,30~39岁10例,50~59岁2例,60~69岁2例,90~96岁2例,中位年龄26岁;平均接受教育年限(17.17±3.20)年。接受调查的使用者都是第一次使用该产品。使用智能情感交互辅具(SIASUN,型号SPB-ZW01)20~30 min后即刻填写中文版UEQ与UEQ-S,1周后再次使用该辅具,完成UEQ-S。统计结果,进行信度与效度评价。结果智能情感交互辅具在UEQ-S初测中实用性均分1.00分,享乐性均分0.38分,总均分0.69分。信度检验中,Cronbach’α系数0.922,实用性品质Cronbach’α系数0.882,享乐性品质Cronbach’α系数0.909;重测信度检验实用性品质组内相关系数(ICC)为0.886(0.815~0.930),享乐性品质0.713(0.562~0.819),总均分0.896(0.832~0.937)。内容效度检验中,平均量表水平内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.93,条目水平内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.78~1.00。聚合效度检验中,各因子载荷大于0.5,实用性维度平均变异数抽取量(AVE)为0.655,组合信度(CR)为0.883;享乐性维度AVE为0.725,CR为0.913;效标效度检验中,实用性品质相关系数0.728,享乐性品质0.771,UEQ与UEQ-S相关系数0.867(均P<0.01)。结论UEQ-S中文版具有较好的信度与效度,能够代替UEQ应用于智能情感交互辅具的评价,提高评测效率。Objective To test reliability and validity of short form of user experience questionnaire(UEQ-S)Chinese version in evaluating intelligent emotional interaction assistive device,and explore the feasibility of simplifying the evaluation process with UEQ-S Chinese version instead of UEQ in intelligent emotional interaction assistive device.Methods A total of 59 adults with normal cognitive function who met the selection criteria were enrolled,which included 38 males and 21 females,aged 20-96 years old with median age of 26 years old(43 cases of 20-29 years old,10 of 30-39 years old,2 of 50-59 years old,2 of 60-69 years old and 2 of 90-96 years old);mean education time was(17.17±3.20)years.All of them were participated for the first time,the Chinese version of UEQ and UEQ-S were filled out 20-30 minutes after using the intelligent emotional interaction assistive device(SIASUN,model SPB-ZW01),and test-retest after 1-week to complete UEQ-S.The reliability and validity of the statistical results were evaluated.Results For initial test of UEQ-S in intelligent emotional interaction assistant device,the mean score of pragmatic quality was 1.00,hedonic quality was 0.38 and total mean score was 0.69.For reliability test,Cronbach’αcoefficient was 0.922,practical quality Cronbach’αcoefficient was 0.882 and hedonic quality Cronbach’αcoefficient was 0.909.For test-retest reliability test,the intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)of practical quality was 0.886(0.815-0.930),hedonic quality was 0.713(0.562-0.819),and total mean score was 0.896(0.832-0.937).For content validity test,the mean scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.93,and item-level content validity index(I-CVI)was 0.78-1.00.For convergent validity test,the factor loading was greater than 0.5,the average variance extracted(AVE)of practical dimension was 0.655,and composite reliability(CR)was 0.883;hedonic dimension AVE was 0.725 and CR was 0.913.For criterion validity test,the correlation coefficient of practical quality was 0.728,correlation coeffi
