摘  要:针对飞利浦伟康Trilogy 202呼吸机在临床使用中可能出现的氧气压力不足问题,提出了通过增加储气罐缓冲用氧量的解决方案,并进行相关实验论证。首先通过实验分析了氧气压力不足的2种原因:管道内径过小和呼吸机耗氧量大于供氧量。然后结合医院的实际情况提出了一种增加储气罐缓冲用氧量的解决方案,最后通过实验验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。实验结果表明,该方案能够显著提高呼吸机的氧气供应稳定性,降低发生氧气压力不足的概率,为患者提供更加安全、可靠的治疗环境。To solve the problem of insufficient oxygen pressure that may occur in clinical practice of Philips Respironics Trilogy 202 ventilator,the scheme of increasing oxygen buffering capacity with reservoir was proposed and relevant experimental demonstration was carried out.Firstly,two possible reasons for insufficient oxygen pressure were analyzed experimentally:excessively small pipeline internal diameter and ventilator oxygen consumption exceeding oxygen supply.Then,based on actual situation in hospitals,the solution was proposed to increase oxygen buffering capacity with an oxygen reservoir.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme were verified by experiments.The experimental result showed that the scheme could significantly improve the oxygen supply stability of ventilator,reduce probability of insufficient oxygen pressure,which provide safer and more reliable treatment for patients.
