摘 要:《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》实施以后,社区成为家庭教育指导体系的重要组成部分。当前,基层社区的家庭教育指导实践尚处于起步和发展阶段,基础较为薄弱,服务机制尚未完善,家长育儿需求度与参与度之间还有差距。通过梳理各地做法、实地走访等方法,对基层社区家庭教育指导的实践提出较为具体的、可操作的方法和路径,如完善指导服务网络、统筹家长需求调研、开发全面的课程资源、注重问题解决的导向、打造社区工作品牌、拓展服务形式、探索个体化指导等,进一步提升基层社区家庭教育指导工作的实效性和准确性。Since the implementation of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Family Education Rromotion,the community has become a significant component of the family education guidance system.Currently,the family education guidance practice in grassroots communities is at the initial and developing stage,with a rather weak foundation and an imperfect service mechanism.There exists a disparity between the participation degree of parents’parenting demands and their actual participation.By collating practices from various regions and conducting on-site visits,more specific and operational methods and approaches for the practice of family education guidance in grassroots communities are proposed,such as perfecting the guidance services network,coordinating demand research,developing comprehensive curriculum resources,focusing on problem-solving orientation,creating community work-brands,expanding service forms and exploring individual guidance,thereby further enhancing the effectiveness and accuracy of family education guidance work in communities.
