摘  要:高质量创新型博士后人才培养是我国人才强国战略实施的重要一环。博士后合作导师在高质量创新型博士后人才培养工作中起着举足轻重的作用,但目前还存在着合作导师角色定位模糊、培养目标不明确、培养方法不多元等问题。从高质量创新型博士后人才培养的逻辑起点出发,设计了国内外访学交流、博士后学术沙龙、博士后发展专项资助、博士后“跨学科”项目、博士后创新创业训练计划等五种路径,并分析了合作导师应当从参与博士后职业生涯规划、维护高质量的学术关系网络、提供开放的科研环境、建立良好的评价机制等四个方面来推动路径的实施。The training of high-quality and innovative post-doctoral talents is an important part of the implementation of“The Strategy of Building a Strong Nation with Talents”.The post-doctoral co-supervisor plays an important role in the training of high-quality and innovative post-doctoral talents,but there are still some problems such as fuzzy role positioning,unclear goals and undiversified training methods.Starting from the logical starting point of training high-quality and innovative post-doctoral talents,five paths have been designed,namely,visiting study exchanges at home and abroad,post-doctoral academic salons,post-doctoral development special grants,“interdisciplinary”postdoctoral projects,and post-doctoral innovation and entrepreneurship training programs.The co-tutors should participate in the post-doctoral career planning,maintain high quality academic relationship network,provide an open scientific research environment,and establish a good evaluation mechanism to promote the implementation of the path.
