关于紫鹊界梯田景区遗产资源保护与利用的思考

摘　　要：紫鹊界梯田景区是国家重点风景名胜区、国家自然与文化双遗产,是湖南省唯一的一处拥有世界灌溉工程遗产及全球重要农业文化遗产的梯田景观。文章从景区遗产资源管理者与旅游工作者的视角出发,客观分析紫鹊界梯田景区遗产资源的保护与利用现状及存在的问题,并从立法、规划、管理、人才等方面提出相应的对策建议,希望能为紫鹊界梯田景区未来的蓬勃发展起到些许帮助。Ziquejie Terraces Scenic Area is a national key scenic spot,national natural and cultural double heritage,and is the only terraced landscape in Hunan Province with the world lrrigation engineering heritage and globally important agricultural cultural heritage.From the perspectives of heritage resource managers and tourism workers in the scenic area,the article objectively analyses the current situation and problems in the protection and use of heritage resources in Ziquejie Terraces Scenic Area and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the legislation,planning,management and talents,in the hope that it can play a small role in helping the future development of Ziquejie Terraces Scenic Area.
