摘  要:为提高潮白河水源地的运行效率和稳定性,对其自动化系统的改造与应用进行了介绍。水源地现有33眼水源井、3眼静水位观测井和4处流量监测点,但传统控制系统存在设备老化、人工操作频繁等问题。通过集成PLC及组态软件,实现远程自动化控制,同时,引入视频监控系统和视频AI浊度识别技术。改造后的系统显著提高了运行效率,减少了人工误操作,提高了设备稳定性,并为智慧水务提供了数据支撑。实践表明,系统改造在运行管理、巡查养护、异常情况发现等方面均取得了明显成效,为后续智慧水务建设提供了宝贵的经验。To improve the operational efficiency and stability of the Chaobai River water source,the renovation and application of its automation system are introduced.The water source currently consists of 33 machine wells,3 static water level observation wells,and 4 flow monitoring points.However,the traditional control system faces issues such as aging equipment and frequent manual operations.By integrating PLC and configuration software,remote automated operation has been achieved.Additionally,a video surveillance system and video AI recognition technology for turbidity monitoring have been introduced.The renovated system has significantly enhanced operational efficiency,reduced manual errors,improved equipment stability,and provided data support for smart water management.Practical results demonstrate that the system renovation has achieved remarkable outcomes in operational management,inspection and maintenance,and anomaly detection,offering valuable experience for subsequent smart water management development.
