摘  要:旨在设计并实现一个针对水电站自动发电控制(AGC)系统的测试平台,用于客观评估其分配算法和保护策略是否正确合理。通过深入分析猴子岩水电站AGC系统的命令、计算和监控通信方式,确定了测试平台系统的原理、流程、结构等技术方案,可模拟合理和异常的全厂给定值和工况,收集AGC返回的数据和处理策略,并对其进行深入分析校验,最后提出测试结论。通过本次研发,提出了一套完备的自动化测试流程和机制,并实际构建了一个有效的AGC测试软件平台,从而为实现水电站AGC系统性能的自动测试和量化评价提供了理论依据和技术支持。This study aims to design and implement a testing platform for the Automatic Generation Control(AGC)system of hydropower stations,to objectively evaluate whether its allocation algorithm and protection strategy are correct and reasonable.Through in-depth analysis of the command,calculation,and monitoring communication methods of the AGC system at Monkey Rock Hydropower Station,the technical scheme of the testing platform system,including principles,processes,and structures,has been determined.It can simulate reasonable and abnormal plant settings and operating conditions,collect data and processing strategies returned by AGC,conduct in-depth analysis and verification,and finally propose testing conclusions.Through this research and development,a comprehensive automated testing process and mechanism have been proposed,and an effective AGC testing software platform has been constructed,providing theoretical basis and technical support for the automatic testing and quantitative evaluation of AGC system performance in hydropower stations.
