摘  要:为提高主汽温控制效率,使控制后的温度值稳定在预设数值,基于PLC技术的应用,以某试点单位干熄焦余热锅炉为例,对其主汽温自动控制方法展开设计。在干熄焦余热锅炉的主汽管道上安装高精度温感器以监测主汽温,同时通过PLC输入模块读取数据并进行滤波处理。在PLC中设定一个期望的主汽温度范围,实现锅炉主汽温自适应调节。引入温度补偿公式,实现自动补偿与实时控制。对比实验结果表明,提出的方法控制效果良好,按照此方法进行锅炉主汽温控制,不仅可以提高控制的效率,还可以确保温度保持在预设范围内。In order to improve the efficiency of main steam temperature control and stabilize the controlled temperature value at the preset value,based on the application of PLC technology,taking a pilot unit's coke dry quenching waste heat boiler as an example,the automatic control method of its main steam temperature is designed.Install high-precision temperature sensors on the main steam pipeline of the coke dry quenching waste heat boiler to monitor the main steam temperature,and read the data through the PLC input module for filtering processing.Set an expected range of main steam temperature in the PLC to achieve adaptive adjustment of boiler main steam temperature.Introduce temperature compensation formula to achieve automatic compensation and real-time control.The comparative experimental results show that the proposed method has good control effect.Using this method for boiler main steam temperature control can not only improve the efficiency of control,but also ensure that the temperature remains within the preset range.
