摘　　要：为解决重锤式料位计控制器损坏老化的问题,利用车间替换下来的西门子PLC重新编写了一套控制程序。使用PLC控制后,不仅改善了原控制器故障频发的问题,还节省了更换控制器的成本,料位计的运行也更加稳定。To solve the problem of damage and aging of the heavy hammer level gauge controller,a control program was rewritten using Siemens PLC replaced in the workshop.After using PLC control,not only has the problem of frequent controller failures been improved,but the cost of replacing the controller has also been saved,and the operation of level gauge is more stable.
