摘 要:针对近距离煤层回采巷道围岩变形规律,解决围岩变形控制与优化支护策略的问题,采用定量分析与模拟实验方法,基于力学原理和材料科学,细致考察帮部、顶板、底板的变形特性。通过系统分析上煤层煤柱支撑压力与下煤层巷道的相互作用,采用地压活动监测和数值模拟试验,确立不同布置方式下巷道的稳定性反应。结果显示,帮部变形和顶板下沉明显,与煤柱支承压力直接相关。此外,研究还探讨巷道布置方式的适用性,并通过锚杆支护实验,分析锚杆与围岩的作用机理。通过锚杆支护参数的优化计算与方案设计,提出一套针对特定煤层条件下的支护优化策略。研究表明,合理的巷道布置与锚杆支护参数优化能显著提高围岩稳定性。In response to the deformation law of surrounding rock in close range coal seam mining tunnels,the problem of controlling surrounding rock deformation and optimizing support strategies is solved.Quantitative analysis and simulation experimental methods are adopted,based on mechanical principles and material science,to carefully investigate the deformation characteristics of the support,roof,and floor.By systematically analyzing the interaction between the support pressure of the upper coal seam pillar and the lower coal seam roadway,and using ground pressure activity monitoring and numerical simulation experiments,the stability response of the roadway under different layout methods is established.The results show that the deformation of the support and the sinking of the roof are significantly related to the support pressure of the coal pillar.In addition,the study also explores the applicability of roadway layout methods and analyzes the mechanism of action between anchor rods and surrounding rock through anchor rod support experiments.A set of support optimization strategies for specific coal seam conditions is proposed through the optimization calculation and scheme design of anchor rod support parameters.Research has shown that reasonable roadway layout and optimization of anchor support parameters can significantly improve the stability of surrounding rock.
