摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿带式输送机输送带结构的纵向撕裂检测方案,结合实际需要,首先对输送带纵向撕裂检测方案进行整体设计,然后分别运用直方图均衡化方法和Unet语义分割算法,详细设计检测方案中的图像处理和图像定位识别两类关键功能,明确纵向撕裂检测方案的流程要点,最后对检测方案进行实验测试。测试结果显示,该方案能在井下不利环境中实现对输送带纵向撕裂的精准呈现和准确检测,预计其在后续的煤矿安全管理工作中也将具有潜在应用价值。To further explore the longitudinal tear detection scheme of coal mine belt conveyor structure,combined with practical needs,the overall design of the longitudinal tear detection scheme for the conveyor belt is first carried out.Then,the histogram equalization method and Unet semantic segmentation algorithm are applied separately to design the two key functions of image processing and image positioning recognition in the detection scheme in detail,clarify the process points of the longitudinal tear detection scheme,and finally conduct experimental testing on the detection scheme.The test results show that this scheme can still achieve precise presentation and accurate detection of longitudinal tearing of conveyor belts in adverse underground environments,and it is expected to have potential application value in subsequent coal mine safety management work.
