摘  要:为进一步提升煤矿局部通风机的运行效率、保持其稳定性并降低能耗,以设计智能变频调风控制系统为目标,结合转龙湾煤23113掘进工作面,设计“PLC+PID”改造方案。同时,采用冗余控制策略完成风机的自动切换,通过工业以太网实现信息互联。结果显示,工作面最佳通风机组安装距离为20 m,能实现稳定通风并保障内部安全。应用该系统能实现集中式监控,同时支持各机组根据风量情况自动调节转速,以维持工作面的空气条件和温度适宜性。In order to further improve the operational efficiency,maintain stability,and reduce energy consumption of local ventilation fans in coal mines,with the goal of designing an intelligent variable frequency regulation wind control system,a"PLC+PID"renovation plan was designed in conjunction with the 23113 excavation face of Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine.At the same time,a redundant control strategy is adopted to achieve automatic switching of the fan,and information interconnection is achieved through industrial Ethernet.The research results show that the optimal installation distance for ventilation units in the working face is 20 meters,which can achieve stable ventilation and ensure internal safety.It can be seen that the application of this system can effectively achieve centralized monitoring,while supporting each unit to automatically adjust the speed according to the air volume situation,in order to maintain the air conditions and temperature suitability of the working face.
