摘 要:为解决侯村煤矿下分层工作面顺槽掘进速度慢、采掘接替紧张的问题,拟在该矿推行沿空留巷技术。以3605轨道顺槽为工程背景,借助理论计算、数值模拟手段研究下分层工作面顺槽留巷支护,以沿空巷道在开采前后的围岩活动规律为基础,验证工艺的可行性并确定科学合理的参数。研究表明,3605轨道顺槽与上分层3601工作面残留煤柱合理水平距离为20 m,巷旁充填墙体适宜宽度为1.2 m、强度为C35,预计可取得较好的留巷支护效果。该研究结果对沿空留巷技术在侯村煤矿下分层综采面的推广应用具有重要指导意义。To solve the problems of slow excavation speed and tight mining succession in the lower layer working face of Houcun Coal Mine,it is proposed to implement the technology of god-side entry retaining in the mine.Taking the 3605 track trench as the engineering background,theoretical calculations and numerical simulations were used to study the roadway support of the lower layered working face trench.Based on the rock activity law of the goaf roadway before and after mining,the feasibility of the process was verified and scientifically reasonable parameters were determined.The study showed that the reasonable horizontal distance between the 3605 track trench and the residual coal pillar of the upper layered 3601 working face was 20 meters,and the suitable width and strength of the filling wall beside the roadway were 1.2 meters and C35,respectively.It is expected to achieve good roadway support effect.The research results have important guiding significance for the promotion and application of technology of god-side entry retaining in the fully mechanized mining face of Houcun Coal Mine.
