摘 要:陶瓷化是一种二次资源化利用技术,为处理尾矿提供了新的思路。制备陶瓷需要铝、硅等无机元素,而尾矿中正好富含这些必需元素。尾矿陶瓷化是将尾矿作为主要原料,根据尾矿的金属含量及伴生特性制备不同类型的陶瓷材料。目前,尾矿陶瓷化主流方法是烧结法和熔融法,这两种方法可以固定结构中的有害重金属,有效防止尾矿污染环境。综述了尾矿在陶瓷化利用中的研究进展,讨论了适宜制备陶瓷的不同尾矿,并简述了尾矿制备的不同陶瓷材料的性能及其应用。Ceramisation is a secondary resource utilisation technology that provides a new way of thinking about the treatment of tailings.The preparation of ceramics requires inorganic elements such as aluminium and silicon,and tailings are rich in these essential elements.Tailings ceramisation is to use tailings as the main raw material,according to the metal content and associated characteristics of tailings to prepare different types of ceramic materials.Currently,the mainstream methods of tailings ceramisation are sintering method and fusion method,which can fix the harmful heavy metals in the structure and effectively prevent the tailings from polluting the environment.The research progress in the utilization of tailings in ceramisation is reviewed,different tailings suitable for the preparation of ceramics are discussed,and the properties of different ceramic materials prepared from tailings and their applications are briefly described.
