摘 要:煤矿粉尘治理是矿山安全生产的重要环节,但传统监测手段存在精度低、响应慢等问题,难以满足智慧矿山的高效管理需求。针对煤矿粉尘浓度监测效果差、缺少报警、降尘设备缺少智能化开停等问题,基于物联网和智能防尘监控技术设计煤矿粉尘智能监测平台。通过多地的实际应用,该平台帮助数家煤矿完成了智能化防尘建设,实现了粉尘浓度的在线采集和实时监测报警以及井下降尘设备的智能远程控制,对煤矿粉尘治理具有一定意义。Coal mine dust control is a critical aspect of mine safety production.However,traditional monitoring methods suffer from low accuracy and slow response,making it difficult to meet the efficient management needs of smart mines.To address issues such as poor dust concentration monitoring,lack of alarm systems,and the absence of intelligent start-stop control for dust suppression equipment,a coal mine dust intelligent monitoring platform was designed based on IoT and intelligent dust prevention monitoring technologies.Through practical applications in multiple locations,this platform has assisted several coal mines in achieving intelligent dust prevention.It enables online collection and real-time monitoring and alarm of dust concentration,as well as intelligent remote control of underground dust suppression equipment,demonstrating significant value for coal mine dust control.
