摘 要:以广东某大型蓄能电站为例,探索了蓄能电站自动化监控系统的开发与应用。该系统对发电机组转速的监控精度达到±0.01 r/min;在电网负荷高峰和低谷时段系统的切换响应时间均未超过200 ms;预警系统的平均响应时间为8.5 s,优于设计要求的10 s;光纤网络的数据传输速率平均达到980 Mbps,延迟平均不超过5 ms;系统在高负荷条件下的数据丢包率低于0.01%。由此可见,该蓄能电站自动化监控系统具备良好的监控精度和稳定性,可以在复杂运行工况下实现稳定的自动化控制和实时监测功能。This paper takes a large energy storage power station in Guangdong as an example to explore the development and application of an automated monitoring system for energy storage power stations.The monitoring accuracy of the system for the speed of the generator set reaches±0.01 r/min.The switching response time of the system during peak and off peak periods of power grid load is less than 200 ms.The average response time of the warning system is 8.5 seconds,which is better than the design requirement of 10 seconds.The average data transmission rate of fiber optic networks reaches 980 Mbps,with an average delay of less than 5 ms.The data packet loss rate of the system under high load conditions is less than 0.01%.From this,it can be seen that the automation monitoring system of the energy storage power station has good monitoring accuracy and stability,and can achieve stable automation control and real-time monitoring functions under complex operating conditions.
