摘  要:采用全三维热固耦合分析方法对光热发电(CSP)汽轮机本体进行了数值分析,并对汽轮机胀差控制、汽轮机热变形控制以及汽轮机全生命周期的寿命管理进行分析,从而优化汽轮机本体结构设计。通过分析计算,选择合理的本体结构布局以及动静间隙,以满足光热发电汽轮机频繁启停灵活性,指导光热发电汽轮机的设计及现场运行。In this paper,a fully three-dimensional thermo-solid coupling analysis method is used to quantitatively analyze the main parts of steam turbine for Concentrated Solar Power(CSP)generation,and differential expansion control,thermal deformation control and the life management of the whole lifecycle of the CSP steam turbine are analyzed,so as to optimize the structure design of the turbine main parts.Through analysis and calculation,a reasonable structure layout and clearance between rotating and stationary partsare selected to meet the flexibility of frequent start and stop of the CSP steam turbine,and guide the design and on-site operation of the CSP steam turbine.
