摘  要:在隧道初期支护中,为应对在狭小空间作业的挑战,提出了一套微型化施工设备智能化算法的设计方案。该方案主要包括基于模糊自适应控制的喷射混凝土配比优化算法和基于深度强化学习的智能锚杆布置算法。通过融合多种传感器数据和环境信息,能够动态调整支护参数,适应复杂多变的地质条件。实验结果表明,该方案可在更窄的工作面实现支护,提高了施工效率和支护强度。In the initial support of tunnels,a design scheme for intelligent algorithms of miniaturized construction equipment was proposed to address the challenges of working in narrow spaces.The scheme mainly includes a fuzzy adaptive control-based shotcrete mix optimization algorithm and a deep reinforcement learning-based intelligent bolt arrangement algorithm.By integrating various sensor data and environmental information,it can dynamically adjust support parameters to adapt to complex and variable geological conditions.Experimental results show that the scheme can achieve support in narrower working faces,improving construction efficiency and support strength.
