高温辅助高频高压电源碳化导线装置的设计

摘　　要：研究故障电弧时经常使用碳化导线,因此设计了高温辅助高频高压电源碳化导线装置。该装置由恒温滑动贴紧机构、高频高压电源、总控制电路和程序、检测切换电路、电流检测电路、碳化导线组成。其中,导热模块移动到贴紧碳化导线的位置,通过加热的方式对导线进行碳化;高频高压电源通过高频高压电对导线进行碳化;总控制电路和程序通过互感器检测碳化电流。当碳化电流达到预定值时,移走导热模块并断电。检测切换电路将碳化完成的碳化导线切换到市电供电状态,然后通过检测碳化电流的参数来检测碳化导线的性能。若碳化程度不充分,则进行二次碳化,以保证碳化导线产品的一致性高、性能好及低废品率;同时,保证碳化过程的高度自动化及安全操作。In the study of arc faults,carbonized wires are frequently used.Therefore,a high-temperature-assisted highfrequency and high-voltage carbonized wire device was designed.This device consists of a constant-temperature sliding contact mechanism,a high-frequency and high-voltage power supply,a main control circuit and program,a detection switching circuit,a current detection circuit,and carbonized wires.Specifically,the thermal conduction module moves to a position in close contact with the wire,carbonizing the wire through heating.The high-frequency and high-voltage power supply carbonizes the wire using high-frequency and high-voltage electricity.The main control circuit and program detect the carbonization current through a mutual inductor.When the carbonization current reaches the predetermined value,the thermal conduction module is removed,and the power is cut off.The detection switching circuit then switches the carbonized wire to the mains power supply state,and the performance of the carbonized wire is evaluated by detecting the parameters of the carbonization current.If the carbonization is insufficient,a secondary carbonization process is performed to ensure high the consistency,good performance,and low defect rate of the carbonized wire products.Additionally,this process ensures a high level of automation and safe operation during carbonization.
