摘  要:传统的自动化产线设备在生产完成后才能进行程序设计、功能调试。随着虚拟技术的引进,传统装备产业的功能调试可以提前到装备的结构设计阶段。引入虚拟软件Factory IO对自动化生产线设备进行虚拟调试,设计了一套基于Factory IO和YL-239C自动化生产线设备虚拟调试的调试系统,并通过虚拟调试的方法对YL-239C自动化产线设备进行虚拟调试以及功能验证。通过虚拟调试系统的程序设计,对虚拟场景进行整体调试。实验结果表明,所设计的虚拟调试程序可以在少部分改动甚至不改动的情况下在实际设备上运行,并完成了各站的功能验证,达到了在实际设备未生产的情况下进行程序设计和功能验证的设计目的。In traditional automated production lines,programming and functional debugging can only be conducted after the production is completed.With the introduction of virtual technology,functional debugging in the traditional equipment industry can now be advanced to the structural design stage of the equipment.By incorporating the virtual software Factory IO,virtual debugging of automated production line equipment is enabled.This paper designs a debugging system based on Factory IO and the YL-239C automated production line equipment,and conducts virtual debugging and functional verification of the YL-239C automated production line using virtual debugging methods.Through the programming of the virtual debugging system,comprehensive debugging of the virtual scenario is performed.Experimental results demonstrate that the designed virtual debugging program can operate on actual equipment with minimal or no modifications,and complete functional verification for each station.This fulfills the design objective of enabling programming and functional verification before the actual equipment is manufactured.
