摘 要:曳引电梯是一种新型的人性化交通工具,具有高效率、安全可靠的特点。然而,曳引电梯在运行过程中也存在一些问题,因此,如何提高曳引电梯的制动性能成为当前的研究热点。根据《电梯制造与安装安全规范第1部分:乘客电梯和载货电梯》的条款进行了力学分析,并构建了一种用于计算电梯静态制动力矩的模型;此外,还设计了曳引电梯制动器的无载荷检测系统,为促进曳引电梯制动器的可靠性提供了技术支持。Traction elevator is a new type of humanized transportation tool with the characteristics of high efficiency,safety and reliability.However,there are also some problems in the operation of traction elevators,so how to improve the braking performance of traction elevators has become a current research hotspot.A mechanical analysis was conducted based on the provisions of Part 1 of the Safety Regulations for Elevator Manufacturing and Installation:Passenger Elevators and Freight Elevators,and a model for calculating the static braking torque of elevators was constructed.In addition,a no-load detection system for the traction elevator brake has been designed,providing technical support to promote the reliability of the traction elevator brake.
