摘  要:针对电站锅炉回转式空气预热器转子蓄热元件运行时无法监测积灰的问题,开发了一种基于CCD视频可视化的智能识别系统,结合人工智能技术对蓄热元件的积灰状态进行智能识别,并发出报警信号。该系统通过工业CCD视频摄像机获取实时图像,基于AlexNet模型开发了智能识别算法,并设计了实时监测系统。该系统成功应用于我国某600 MW火电机组,结果显示,其能够准确地对空预器积灰状态进行分等级识别,实现了空预器转子蓄热元件积灰的实时预警,极大提高了回转式空气预热器运行的可靠性和安全性。A smart recognition system based on CCD video visualization has been developed to address the issue of inability to monitor ash accumulation during the operation of rotary air preheater rotor heat storage components in power plant boilers.The system combines artificial intelligence technology to intelligently recognize the ash accumulation status of the heat storage components and issue alarm signals.The system obtains real-time images through industrial CCD video cameras,develops intelligent recognition algorithms based on the AlexNet model,and designs a real-time monitoring system.The system has been successfully applied to a 600 MW thermal power unit in China,and the results show that the system can accurately classify the ash accumulation status of the air preheater,achieve real-time warning of ash accumulation in the rotor heat storage element of the air preheater,and greatly improve the reliability and safety of the operation of the rotary air preheater.
