摘 要:针对现行方法在水闸排水恒流自动化控制应用中存在控制精度较低、时效性较差的问题,提出一种大型农田灌溉区水闸排水恒流自动化控制方法。构建农田灌溉区水闸排水模型,描述农田灌溉水量需求,并以水闸闸底板作为基准参照面估测水闸流量。将农田灌溉水量需求和水闸流量作为控制器的输入向量,确定水闸开度的调控量,然后利用控制器对水闸开度的调控,实现大型农田灌溉区水闸排水恒流自动化控制。结果表明,该方法超控量不超过0.1 m~3/min,控制动作时延不超过10 ms,可以实现水闸排水恒流精准实时的自动化控制。To address the issues of low control accuracy and poor timeliness in the current methods for automated constant current control of water gate discharge in irrigation areas,this paper proposes an automated control method for maintaining constant current in water gate discharge within large-scale irrigation areas.A model for water gate discharge in irrigation areas is constructed to describe the water demand for irrigation,and the flow rate of the water gate is estimated using the gate bottom as the reference plane.The water demand for irrigation and the flow rate of the water gate are used as input vectors for the controller to determine the adjustment of the gate opening.The controller then regulates the gate opening to achieve automated constant current control of water gate discharge in large-scale irrigation areas.The results show that the proposed method has an overshoot of no more than 0.1 m³/min and a control action delay of no more than 10 ms,enabling precise and real-time automated control of constant current water gate discharge.
