摘 要:脱脂是冷轧带钢生产过程中的一道重要工序。脱脂过程中脱脂液的循环会形成大量气泡,这种泡沫的存在会严重影响脱脂工序的运行。离心消泡器作为一种常用的机械消泡设备,其内部气体流场对消泡的实际效果影响重大。通过数值模拟的方式对安装了离心消泡器的罐体内部流场进行分析,并根据不同尺寸的叶轮给出合适的罐体直径以及相对应的轴功率,以期为消泡器的设计提供一定参考。Degreasing is a crucial process in the production of cold-rolled steel strips.During the degreasing process,the circulation of the degreasing solution generates a large amount of foam,which can significantly affect the operation of the degreasing process.As a commonly used mechanical defoaming device,the internal gas flow field of the centrifugal foam eliminator has a substantial impact on its defoaming effectiveness.This paper analyzes the flow field inside a tank equipped with a centrifugal foam eliminator through numerical simulation.Additionally,appropriate tank diameters and corresponding shaft power values are provided based on impellers of different sizes,aiming to offer valuable references for the design of foam eliminators.
