摘　　要：新质生产力是推进中国式现代化的重要着力点,都市农业是城镇及周边地区现代农业发展的一种重要类型,具备科技创新、消费升级、要素集聚、产业配套等多重资源优势,对推进农业农村现代化发挥着较大的示范引领作用。本文从提升农业竞争力、拓展新功能新业态、引领农业农村现代化、实现工农互促与城乡融合的角度论述了新质生产力推动都市农业发展的意义;梳理了都市农业新质生产力以高素质劳动者、新技术劳动资料、多样化劳动对象三要素优化组合为核心的内涵,以科技创新、产业融合、组织变革、要素流动推动都市农业生产体系、产业体系、经营体系升级和城乡协同发展提效的路径;总结了以农业科技示范园区、食品加工园区、产业融合示范园区等为代表的培育都市农业新质生产力的创新载体;最后,提出了深挖市场需求、创新体制机制、完善支持政策方面的建议。New quality productivity is an important focus of promoting Chinese modernization.Urban agriculture is an important type of modern agricultural in towns and surrounding areas,which has multiple resource advantages,such as scientific and technological innovation,consumption upgrade,factor agglomeration and industrial supporting ability,and plays a great demonstration and leading role in promoting modernization of agriculture and rural areas.This article discusses the significance of promoting the development of urban agriculture with new quality productivity from the perspectives of enhancing agricultural competitiveness,expanding new functions and business formats,leading the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,achieving mutual promotion between industry and agriculture and urban-rural integration.It has sorted out the connotation of urban agriculture with the new quality productivity,which is centered on the optimization and combination of high-quality workers,new technology labor materials and diversified labor objects.Through technological innovation,industrial integration,organizational change and factor flow,it aims to promote the upgrading of the urban agricultural production system,industrial system,and management system and improve the efficiency of urban-rural coordinated development.Innovation platform of cultivating new quality productivity in urban agriculture was summarized,represented by agricultural technology demonstration parks,food processing industrial parks,industry convergence demonstration parks and so on.It proposes suggestions for expanding market demand,innovating system and mechanism and improving support policies.
