摘 要:为探究不同光照时间对植物工厂中叶用莴苣生长及其周边环境的影响,以确定最优化的生产光照时长,设置3种光照时长(8、10、12 h),对植物工厂内处于生长期的叶用莴苣进行15 d的光照处理,并对栽培区温度变化及叶用莴苣生长指标进行分析。研究结果显示:在8、10 h和12 h光照处理下,栽培区域的温度分别为24.3、25.6 ℃和27.4 ℃,各处理间存在显著差异。10 h光照处理下,叶用莴苣表现出最佳品质,其单株地上部鲜质量为30.68 g/株,与对照(12 h)处理(30.93 g/株)无显著差异;同时,具有最高的可溶性蛋白含量(26.54 mg/g)和可溶性糖含量(4.92 mg/g);经济效益分析表明,10 h光照处理下的叶用莴苣净收益最为可观。综合研究结果表明,在植物工厂环境中,LED光源光照时间每增加2 h,栽培区域温度将升高约1.5 ℃;基于产量、品质和经济效益的综合考量,10 h光照时间是植物工厂叶用莴苣生产的最佳选择。In order to explore the effects of different illumination duration on the growth of Lactucasativa and its surrounding environment in plant factories,so as to determine the optimal production illumination time,three kinds of lighting duration(8,10,12 h)were set to treat Lactucasativa in plant factories for 15 days,and the temperature changes in cultivation areas and the growth indexes of Lactuca sativa were analyzed.The results showed that under 8,10 h and 12 h light treatments,the temperature in the cultivated area was 24.3,25.6℃and 27.4℃,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the treatments.Under 10 h light treatment,Lactuca sativa showed the best quality,and its above-ground fresh mass was 30.68 g per plant,which was not significantly different from that of the control treatment(30.93 g per plant).At the same time,it had the highest soluble protein content(26.54 mg/g)and soluble sugar content(4.92 mg/g),and the economic benefit analysis showed that the net income ofLactucasativa under 10 h light treatment was the most impressive.The comprehensive results showed that in the plant factory,the temperature in the cultivation area would increase by about 1.5℃for every 2 h increase in the illumination time of LED light source,and based on the comprehensive consideration of yield,quality and economic benefits,10 h light time is the best choice forLactucasativa production.
