摘 要:为解决光催化降解技术中光催化剂降解效率低和难以回收利用等问题,以棉织物为基底,利用多巴胺的自聚合性在棉织物表面包裹一层具有优异黏附性能的聚多巴胺薄膜,通过共沉淀法将ZnO和MXene一步负载到棉织物表面,制得织物基ZnO/MXene复合光催化材料。结果表明:在可见光照射80 min时,织物基ZnO/MXene复合光催化材料对亚甲基蓝的降解率达到87.2%;经过3次循环降解后,其降解效率仍有81.8%,表现出优异的循环稳定性。同时,织物基ZnO/MXene复合光催化材料还有良好的抗紫外性能,其UPF值远大于50,T(UVA)为0.05%。In order to solve the problems of low degradation efficiency and difficulty in recycling of photocatalyst in photocatalytic degradation technology,cotton fabric is used as the substrate,a layer of polydopamine film with excellent adhesion properties is wrapped on the surface of cotton fabric by using the self-polymerization of dopamine.ZnO and MXene are simultaneously loaded onto the surface of the cotton fabric through a coprecipitation method,resulting in a fabric-based ZnO/MXene composite photocatalytic materials.The results show that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the fabric-based ZnO/MXene composite photocatalytic material reaches 87.2%within 80 min under visible light,and after three cycles of degradation,the degradation efficiency of Methylene Blue still reaches 81.8%,showing excellent cyclic stability.At the same time,it has excellent UV resistance,its UPF value is much greater than 50,and T(UVA)is 0.05%.
