摘 要:为降低棉针织物传统练漂温度和pH,减少化学品用量,将果胶酶精练和低温氧漂技术相结合,开发了一种棉针织物果胶酶/低温氧漂一步法前处理工艺。结果表明,在耐高温碱性果胶酶KPL 5 g/L、H_(2)O_(2)15 g/L、pH为9、处理温度为70℃、处理时间为60 min的条件下,不同氧漂低温活化剂处理效果如下:四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)质量浓度为5 g/L时,织物白度为78.06%,强力保留率93.69%,毛效14.6 cm/30 min,质量损失率2.43%;铜系催化剂(CCu1)质量浓度为0.2 g/L时,织物白度为77.31%,强力保留率95.72%,毛效17.7 cm/30 min,质量损失率3.53%;铜系催化剂(CCu2)质量浓度为0.8 g/L时,织物白度为77.27%,强力保留率91.66%,毛效16.8 cm/30 min,质量损失率4.64%。前处理后织物的润湿时间均小于1 s,且棉籽壳去除干净。探究了不同果胶酶/活化剂/H_(2)O_(2)体系的漂白机理,结果表明:TAED和CCu1、CCu2均能明显提高漂白体系的双氧水分解率,且CCu1和CCu2明显促进双氧水生成羟基自由基(·OH)及超氧自由基(·O_(2)^(-))。In order to reduce the temperature and pH of traditional bleaching of cotton knitted fabrics and reduce the amount of chemicals,one-step pretreatment process of pectinase/low-temperature oxygen bleaching for cotton knitted fabrics is developed by combining pectinase scouring and low-temperature oxygen bleaching technology.The results show that under the conditions of pectinase KPL 5 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)15 g/L,pH 9,treatment temperature of 70℃,and treatment time of 60 min,the effects of different oxygen bleaching lowtemperature activators are:when tetraacetylethylenediamine(TAED)is 5 g/L,the whiteness of the fabric is 78.06%,the strength retention rate is 93.69%,the capillary effect is 14.6 cm/30 min,and the mass loss rate is 2.43%;when copper catalyst(CCu1)is 0.2 g/L,the whiteness of the fabric is 77.31%,the strength retention rate is 95.72%,the capillary effect is 17.7 cm/30 min,and the mass loss rate is 3.53%;when copper catalyst(CCu2)is 0.8 g/L,the whiteness of the fabric is 77.27%,the strength retention rate is 91.66%,the capillary effect is 16.8 cm/30 min,and the mass loss rate is 4.64%.The wetting time of the fabrics is less than 1 s,and the cottonseed husks are removed.The bleaching mechanism of different pectinase/activator/H_(2)O_(2) systems is explored.TAED,CCu1 and CCu2 can significantly increase the H_(2)O_(2) decomposition rate of the bleaching system,and CCu1 and CCu2 can significantly promote the generation of hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-)).
