摘　　要：介绍了锦氨经编四面弹面料染整工艺流程和工艺参数,对水洗精练、预热定形、染色、后热定形的工艺要点进行说明,指出了各工序可能存在的质量隐患和预防措施。详细阐述了中性染料染色工艺特点,强调对染液pH、温度、升温速率等精准控制的重要性。最后,分析了匀染剂和固色剂对染色性能的影响,探讨了柔软剂用量对弹性、手感以及卷边的影响。The dyeing and finishing process and processing parameters of nylon and spandex warp knitted four sided elastic fabric are introduced.Key points of the processes such as washing and scouring,pre-setting,dyeing,and post-setting are explained.The possible quality risks and preventive measures in each process are pointed out.The characteristics of the dyeing process with neutral dyes are elaborated.The importance of precise control of the dye bath pH,temperature and heating rate are emphasizd.The effects of leveling agents and fixing agents on dyeing performance are analyzed.The impact of softener concentration on elasticity,hand feel and edge curling is discussed.
