摘  要:针对现有中子防护材料防护性能不足、质地不均匀、面密度大等缺陷,将中子防护粉体、交联剂和增稠剂混合制备中子防护涂层整理剂,然后对自制的碳硼烷聚酯非织造布进行涂层整理,获得中子防护材料。结果表明:五层复合的防护材料厚度为1.58 mm,面密度为952 g/m^(2),对热中子的防护率高达96.43%;20次洗涤后,中子防护材料的防护效果损失率平均值为3.71%。研制的中子防护服整套质量仅4.2 kg,可用来开发轻质、高效、舒适的中子防护服,对中子射线辐照人员形成有效防护。In response to the shortcomings of insufficient protective performance,uneven texture,and high surface density of existing neutron protection materials,a neutron protection coating finishing agent is prepared by mixing neutron protection powder,crosslinking agent and thickener.Then,a self-made carborane polyester non-woven fabric is coated and finished to obtain neutron protection materials.The results show that the thickness of the 5-layer composite protective material is 1.58 mm,the surface density is 952 g/m^(2),and the protection rate against thermal neutrons is as high as 96.43%.After 20 washings,the average loss of neutron protection effect of the neutron protection material is 3.71%.The entire set of neutron protection clothing is only 4.2 kg,which can be used to develop lightweight,efficient,and comfortable neutron protection clothing,and effectively protect personnel exposed to neutron radiation.
