负载Cu-Fe-BTC涤纶滤布的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的脱色性能

摘  要:以均苯三甲酸(H3BTC)为配体制备铜铁双金属-有机框架材料(Cu-Fe-BTC),采用层层自组装法在涤纶滤布上负载Cu-Fe-BTC。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和元素分析,证实Cu-Fe-BTC成功负载到涤纶滤布上。探讨了金属盐溶液中铜铁的物质的量比、染液质量浓度、H2O2用量、染液pH和催化条件等因素对负载Cu-Fe-BTC涤纶滤布脱色性能的影响。结果表明,以金属盐溶液中铜铁物质的量比为1∶1制备的负载Cu-Fe-BTC涤纶滤布,在光照和H2O2体积分数为0.16 mL/L的催化条件下,对质量浓度为25 mg/L、pH为3.2~6.9的亚甲基蓝染液有较好的脱色效果。Copper-iron bimetal-organic framework material is prepared with H3BTC as a ligard.Cu-Fe-BTC is loaded onto polyester filter cloth through layer-by-layer self-assembly method.Infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis are utilized to confirm the successful loading of Cu-Fe-BTC onto the polyester filter cloth.The effects of various factors on the decolorization performance of the Cu-Fe-BTC-loaded polyester filter cloth are investigated,including the molar ratio of copper to iron in the metal salt solution,concentration and pH of dye solution,H2O2 dosage and catalytic conditions.The results show that the Cu-Fe-BTC-loaded polyester filter cloth prepared with 1∶1 molar ratio of copper to iron in the metal salt solution exhibits good decolorization efficiency for Methylene Blue with concentrations of 25 mg/L and pH ranging from 3.2 to 6.9,under catalytic conditions with light illumination and H2O2 dosage of 0.16 mL/L.
