摘 要:为了研究不同类型的乳化沥青对厂拌冷再生混合料性能的影响,在室内采用木质素胺类乳化剂制备乳化沥青A、并采用木质素胺类与酰胺类复配乳化剂制备复配乳化沥青B,分别将两种乳化沥青在相同的级配条件下成型厂拌冷再生混合料试件,并采用扫刷磨耗、低温弯曲、四点弯曲疲劳以及动态模量试验对两种乳化沥青冷再生混合料的综合性能进行对比分析。研究表明:乳化沥青类型对冷再生混合料的早期强度、低温弯曲以及疲劳性能有较大影响,而对动态模量和相位角的影响较小,复配乳化沥青B冷再生混合料的早期强度以及低应变水平下的疲劳寿命要明显优于乳化沥青A冷再生混合料;低温弯曲试验结果表明,两种乳化沥青冷再生混合料的极限破坏应变比较接近,但复配乳化沥青B冷再生混合料的弯曲应变能要明显高于乳化沥青A冷再生混合料。In order to study the effects of different types of emulsified asphalt on the performance of factory mixed cold recycled mixtures,emulsified asphalt A was prepared using lignin amine emulsifiers indoors,and composite emulsified asphalt B was prepared using lignin amine and amide composite emulsifiers.Two types of emulsified asphalt were formed into factory mixed cold recycled mixture specimens under the same grading conditions,and the comprehensive performance of the two emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures was compared and analyzed using sweep abrasion,low-temperature bending,four point bending fatigue,and dynamic modulus tests.Research has shown that the type of emulsified asphalt has a significant impact on the early strength,low-temperature bending,and fatigue performance of cold recycled mixtures,while the impact on dynamic modulus and phase angle is relatively small.The early strength and fatigue life of emulsified asphalt B cold recycled mixture are significantly better than those of emulsified asphalt A cold recycled mixture at low strain levels;The results of the low-temperature bending test show that the ultimate failure strain of the two emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures is relatively close,but the bending strain energy of the composite emulsified asphalt B cold recycled mixture is significantly higher than that of emulsified asphalt A cold recycled mixture.
