胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青及混合料性能研究

摘  要:在70号基质沥青中加入4%SBS和不同比例胶粉(6%、12%、18%),制备胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青。通过沥青三大指标、60℃动力黏度、黏韧性等试验探究复合改性沥青性能。结果表明,SBS改性沥青加入胶粉后,针入度和延度会减小,软化点、黏度和黏韧性会增大,胶粉最佳掺量建议为12%;在最佳胶粉掺量下,SBS改性沥青的高低温流变性能有所改善,与SBS改性沥青相比,复合改性沥青混合料的动稳定度提高了13.5%,冻融劈裂强度比提高了5.1%,疲劳循环次数提高了25%,弯拉应变降低了5.3%。The adhesive powder/SBS composite modified asphalt was prepared by adding 4%SBS and dfferent proportions of adhesive powder(6%,12%,18%)to 70*matrix asphalt.The properties of composite modified asphalt were investigated through tests of three indexes of asphalt,dynamic viscosity at 60 C,viscosity and toughness.The results showed that after adding rubber powder to SBS modified asphalt,the penetration and ductility would decrease,while the softening point,viscosity,viscosity and toughness would increase.The optimal content of rubber powder was suggested to be 12%.The rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt at high and low temperatures can be improved under the optimum mixture amount of rubber powder.Compared with SBS modified asphalt,the dynamic stability of the composite modified asphalt mixture is increased by 13.5%,the freeze-thaw spliting strength ratio is increased by 5.1%,the number of fatigue cycles is increased by 25%,and the flexural strain is reduced by 5.3%.
