摘  要:采用基质沥青AC-20C、改性沥青AC-20C、HMAC-20C及NRAC-20C四种沥青混合料作为研究对象,通过马歇尔稳定度试验、高温车辙试验、低温小梁试验、残留稳定度试验与冻融劈裂试验进行对比研究。研究结果表明,在高温性能方面,NRAC-20C的高温性能最优,HMAC-20C次之。在低温性能方面,改性沥青AC-20C最佳,HMAC-20C与NRAC-20C次之,基质沥青AC-20C最差。在整体路用性能上,NRAC-20C相比HMAC-20C与改性沥青AC-20C更优,基质沥青AC-20C远远不足。在疲劳耐久性上,NRAC-20C提升最为显著,在大应变水平下疲劳寿命次数近100万次。试验研究结果在沥青路面设计与应用中,可作为沥青混合料的选择应用提供参考依据。As urban road traffic volume and vehicle load increase,conventional asphalt pavement materials are no longer able to meet the requirements.This study takes four asphalt mixtures,including matrix asphalt AC-20C,modified asphalt AC-20C,HMAC-20C,and NRAC-20C,as research objects,and compares them through Marshall stability test,high temperature wheel track test,low temperature bending test,residual stability test,and freeze-thaw spliting test.The research results show that in terms of high temperature performance,NRAC-20C has the best high temperature performance,followed by HMAC-20C.The dynamic stability of NRAC-20C at 60℃and 70℃is both above 10000 times/mm,with a rut depth of less than Imm,and there are no obvious rut marks on the specimen surface after the test.In terms of low temperature performance,modified asphalt AC-20C performs the best,followed by HMAC-20C and NRAC-20C,with matrix asphalt AC-20C being the worst.In terms of overall pavement performance,NRAC-20C is superior to both HMAC-20C and modified asphalt AC-20C,while matrix asphalt AC-20C is significantly inferior.In terms of fatigue durability,NRAC-20C shows the most significant improvement,with a fatigue life of nearly 1 million cycles at high strain levels.The experimental research results can serve as a reference for the selection and application of asphalt mixtures in asphalt pavement design and application.
