摘　　要：医疗护理员作为医疗团队的关键辅助力量,肩负着为患者提供日常生活护理与基本医疗服务的任务。本文对医疗护理员在全球医疗保健系统中的角色、人力资源的供需现状以及配置的发展趋势进行综述,旨在通过合理配置医疗护理员资源,提升医疗护理服务质量,为实现健康中国目标贡献力量。Medical nursig staff,as a key auxiliary force of medical team,shoulder the task of providing daily life care andbasic medical services to patients.This paper provides an overview of the role of healthcare workers in the global healthcare system,the current supply and demand situation of human resources,nd the development rend of the allocation.The aim is to improve thequalty of medical services and contribute to the achievement of the goal of healthy China through the rational allocation ofhealthcare worker resources.
