摘 要:通过文化建设提升科研诚信意识,实现卫生健康人才的可持续发展,是医院防范科研失信行为发生的重要工作。本文阐述了医院科研诚信内涵与现状,并从科研人员、科技管理部门、期刊和社会环境四个层面,探究科研失信行为产生的原因。同时指出文化建设作为科研诚信实现的重要途径,可以通过制度体系建设、科研诚信过程管理、提升科研人员主体意识、优化科研生态环境和充分利用现代科学技术的措施入手,督促和激励开展负责任的科学研究,加强科研诚信治理,最终实现中国卫生健康科技创新发展。Enhancing the awareness of scientific research integrity through cultural construction and realizing thesustainable development of health talents is an important task for hospitals to prevent scientific research dishonesty.This paperexpounds the connotation and the current situation of hospital scientific research integrity,and explores the causes of scientificresearch dishonesty from four aspects:Tresearchers,science and technologymanagement departments,jourmals,and socialenvironment.At the same time,itis pointed out that cultural construction,as an important way to realize scientific research integrity,can be achieved through institutional system construction,process management of scientific research integrity,enhancing thesubjectivity of scientific researchers,optimizing the ecological environment of scientific research,and fully utilizing modermscientific and technological measures.This can supervise and motivate the conduction of scientific research of responsibility,,strengthen the administration of scientific research integrity,and ultimately achieve the innovative development of China's healthscience and technology.
