摘 要:通过整合医院大数据,采集并分析学生和教师在医院工作中产生的所有数据,对学生和教师进行全周期教学管理,建设智慧型医教全周期管理的教学平台。教学平台实现了各类学生从入学到毕业、入科到出科的全过程管理和监控,实现了医院教学资源共享,加强了师资培养与师生互动交流,提高了学生医学实践能力,规范了教学管理,提高了教学质量。基于数据中台的智慧医学教学平台改善了教学环境,有助于提高医学教育的质量和效果,培养更多优秀的医学人才。By integrating hospital big data,collecting and analyzing all data generated by students and teachers working inhospitals,students and teachers are managed in the whole cycle of teaching,and a teaching platform for the whole cycle ofintelligent medical education management is built.The teaching platform realizes the whole process management and monitoring ofall kinds of students from enrollment to graduation,from entering the department to leaving the department,conducts the realizationof the sharing of hosital teaching resource,strengthens teacher training and teacher-student interaction,improves students'’medicalpractice ability,standardizes teaching management,nd improves teaching quality.The smart medical teaching platform based ondata middle platform has improved the teaching environment,helped to improve the quality and effect of medical education andtrained more excellent medical talents.
