摘　　要：非洲国家特殊的发展历程,国家和民族的地理分布,以及语言和民族的高度多样性,决定了其语言政策发展演进的独特性。非洲语言政策的发展演进形成了特有的驱动机制,由多元主体规划、实施、实践,在国家意识与民族身份协调、国家能力与社会治理互动、国际融入与形象塑造交互三大关键力量驱动下,保持着动态平衡,呈现出与国家发展进程具有一致性的驱动进程,以及与时空分异规律有一致性的驱动类型。The unique development history of African countries,the geographical distribution of countries and ethnic groups,as well as the high diversity of languages and ethnic groups,have determined the uniqueness of the development and evolution of their language policies.The development and evolution of African language policies have formed a unique driving mechanism.Planned,implemented and practiced by multiple subjects,it maintains a dynamic balance under the drive of three key forces:the coordination of national consciousness and ethnic identity,the interaction between national capabilities and social governance,and the interaction between international integration and image building.It presents a driving process that is consistent with the national development process,as well as driving types that are consistent with the laws of spatial and temporal differentiation.
