摘　　要：城市信息模型(CIM)作为依托大数据、物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术发展起来的新兴技术,逐渐成为新型智慧城市、数字政府建设的重要组成,为城市精细管理与智能治理提供基础支撑。本文针对目前国内缺少省级CIM基础平台建设案例的现状,通过CIM内涵解读、国内CIM基础平台建设情况的总结梳理,结合数字辽宁建设需求,探索研究省级CIM基础平台的定位、建设思路、总体架构及建设模式等,以期为省级CIM基础平台建设提供参考。City information model(CIM)is an emerging technology developed by relying on the new generation of information technology such as big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence.It has gradually become an important part of the construction of a new smart city and digital government,providing basic support for urbanfine management and intelligent governance.This paper aims at the current situation of the lack of provincial CIM basic platform construction cases in China.Through the interpretation of CIM connotation and the summary of domestic CIM basic platform construction,combined with the needs of digital Liaoning Construction.Explore and research the positioning.,construction ideas,overall framework and construction mode of provincial CIM basic platform.It is expected to provide reference for the construction of provincial CIM basic platform.
