摘 要:目前工程项目管理平台如雨后春笋,其功能特点各有千秋,但大多数的数据表达仍偏向于使用文字或表格,数据表达缺乏形象化。本文将从以业主为中心的工程建设项目管理的目标与需求出发,概述数字孪生可视化管理平台及其建立流程,将以某医院项目为应用案例,阐述数字孪生可视化管理平台包含的BIM模型、CIM场景、项目管理业务类别、数据复用的详细内容,并对实践结果进行总结与分析。Currently,engineering project management platforms are sprouting up like mushrooms after a rain,each with its own unique functional characteristics.However,most of them still prefer to use text or tables for data presentation,lacking in visualization.This paper starts from the objectives and requirements of owner-centric project management for engineering construction projects,outlining the digital twin visual management platform and its establishment process.Taking a hospital project as an application case,it elaborates on the BIM models,CIM scenarios,project management business categories,and detailed data reuse within the digital twin visual management platform.Furthermore,it summarizes and analyzes the practical results.
