摘  要:目的探讨健身手机应用程序(App)使用、锻炼身份认同和锻炼行为的关系,重点关注锻炼身份认同在健身App使用和锻炼行为之间的中介作用。方法采用健身App使用量表、锻炼身份认同量表和国际体力活动量表(短卷),对方便抽样的490名使用健身App的大学生进行问卷调查。结果(1)健身App使用与锻炼身份认同呈正相关(r=0.58,P<0.01);健身App使用与锻炼行为呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01);锻炼身份认同与锻炼行为呈正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01)。(2)锻炼身份认同在健身App使用和锻炼行为之间起中介作用,锻炼身份认同的中介效应占比22.32%。结论健身App使用能促进大学生锻炼行为,它不仅可以直接促进大学生锻炼行为,还可以通过增强锻炼身份认同间接地促进其锻炼行为。Objective To explore the relationship among fitness App,exercise identity and exercise behavior,and to further test the mediating role of exercise identity between fitness App and exercise behavior.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 490 college students who used fitness App.The questionnaire included the Fitness App Usage Scale,Exercise Identity Scale,and the International Physical Activity Scale(Short Scale).Results(1)The use of fitness App was positively correlated with exercise identity(r=0.58,P<0.01).The use of fitness App was positively correlated with exercise behaviors as well(r=0.62,P<0.01).Exercise identity and exercise behaviors were also significantly positively correlated(r=0.51,P<0.01).(2)Exercise identity mediated the relationship between fitness App use and exercise behavior,and the percentage of mediating effect of exercise identity is 22.32%.Conclusion Use of fitness App not only directly promotes college students'exercise behaviors,but also indirectly takes effect by enhancing their exercise identity.
