女大学生客体化身体意识与社交焦虑的关系:负面评价恐惧的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨女大学生客体化身体意识、社交焦虑和负面评价恐惧之间的关系。方法 采用整群随机抽样法,使用社交焦虑量表(IAS)、客体化身体意识量表(OBCS)、负面评价恐惧量表(BFNES),对青岛大学317名女大学生进行问卷调查。结果 (1)客体化身体意识与社交焦虑呈正相关(r=0.56,P<0.001),客体化身体意识与负面评价恐惧呈正相关(r=0.61,P<0.001),负面评价恐惧与社交焦虑呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.001);(2)负面评价恐惧在客体化身体意识与社交焦虑之间发挥部分中介作用,中介作用占比为49%。结论客体化身体意识不仅能直接影响女大学生的社交焦虑,还会通过影响其负面评价恐惧水平间接导致其产生社交焦虑。Objective To explore the relationship among female college students' objectified body consciousness, social anxiety, and fear of negative evaluation.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted through cluster random sampling among 317 female college students at Qingdao University. The questionnaire survey included the Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS), the Objectified Body Consciousness Scale(OBCS), and the Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(BFNES). Results(1) A significant positive correlation was observed between the objectified body consciousness and social anxiety(r=0.56, P<0.001), as well as between objectified body consciousness and fear of negative evaluation(r=0.61, P<0.001). A significant positive correlation was identified between the fear of negative evaluation and social anxiety(r=0.62, P<0.001);(2) The mediation effect between objectified body consciousness and social anxiety was partially explained by fear of negative evaluation, accounting for 49% of the mediation effect. Conclusion Objectified body consciousness not only directly affects the social anxiety of female college students but also indirectly leads to their social anxiety by influencing their fear of negative evaluation.
