摘 要:目的 了解乡村振兴背景下农村中高年级小学生的正念水平现状,为农村小学生正念水平的提高提出相应的建议与对策。方法 采用儿童青少年正念量表,以河北省2所农村小学随机选取的315名四五年级的学生为被试,进行调查研究。运用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析。结果不同年级农村小学生的正念总分差异有统计学意义(P=0.049),五年级高于四年级,在觉察与不评判维度差异也有统计学意义(P=0.03),五年级高于四年级;不同性别农村中高年级小学生之间正念水平总分差异有统计学意义(P=0.02),女生高于男生;在觉察与不评判维度男女生差异有统计学意义(P=0.007),女生高于男生。结论 要根据农村中高年级小学的正念水平现状,开展符合学生身心发展特点的正念教育,进一步提升农村中高年级小学生的正念水平,进而全面提升农村小学生的心理健康水平。Objective To explore the current situation of mindfulness of middle and upper elementary school students, and to put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to improve their mindfulness.Methods With the Children and Adolescents Mindfulness Scale, a survey was randomly conducted on 315 fourth and fifth grade students from three rural primary schools in Hebei Province. The obtained data were analyzed by independent sample t-tests and one-way ANOVA on SPSS 26.0. Results There was a significant difference in the total score of mindfulness among different grades(P=0.049). The mindfulness of fifth grade was higher than that of the fourth grade. There was also a significant difference in the perception and non judgment dimensions(P=0.03), of which the fifth grade was higher than those of the fourth grade. There was a significant difference in the total score of mindfulness among different genders(P=0.02), of which females were higher than that of males. There was an significant difference between male and female students in the dimensions of perception and non judgment(P=0.007),of which females were higher than that of males. Conclusion Based on the current situation of mindfulness, we should carry out mindfulness education that is in line with the physical and mental development characteristics of students in rural middle and senior primary schools, so as to further improve their mindfulness level, and comprehensively enhance their mental health.
